From April to November we offer two programs of six nightsto learn more about both traditional cuisine of Puglia and our country with its traditions. We combine cooking classes, guided tours and light trekking. We organize experiential and team building weeks.
The Salento cuisine is based on fresh and dried vegetables, homemade pastas, fish and some meats. Our grandmother used to say that the best ingredients are already the secret of good food, the rest is love. We will teach you her secrets, with hands-on lessons and a lot of fun.
