We offer a program of three nights accommodation to learn more about traditional cuisine of Puglia and our seaside and country with its traditions. We offer also a half-day cooking program with or without dinner. We organize also experiential and team building weeks.
The Salento cuisine is based on fresh and dried vegetables, homemade pastas, fish and some meats. Our grandmother used to say that the best ingredients are already the secret of good food, the rest is love. We will teach you her secrets, with hands-on lessons and a lot of fun. During the three days program we organize a boat cave tour and we can help you with information to discover this angle of Salento. Santa Maria di Leuca, Otranto, Gallipoli, Specchia and Lecce: Salento is history and culture alive and unspoiled landscapes. We can organize guided tours.
This cultural-gastronomic tour immerses you in the tradition of Salento also by meeting the locals, the shops of our country, the evenings to dance the pizzica together (our ancient tarantella local).
